Regulatory Information
Sample Company Limited (trading as “OFX”) is registered in England and Wales. We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution.
2. Our Services
OFX provides international money transfer services and related foreign exchange products. We do not provide financial advice, and you should consider your own financial situation before making a transfer.
We offer various transfer types including Spot Transfers, Forward Contracts, and Regular Payments. Each product may have specific terms that apply in addition to these general terms.
3. Fees and Charges
We are transparent about our fees. The exchange rate and any applicable transaction fees will be provided to you before you confirm your transfer. Some intermediary banks may charge additional fees which are outside of our control.
4. Security and Fraud
